The house is lovely. The library is extensive. The hosts are welcoming and warm. The scenery in and around Galesville, WI is breath-taking at all times of the year. Take bicycles, if possible, for a glimpse of going back in time when life seemed simpler and less rushed.

We had a lovely time staying at the Clark House. The proprietors are lovely couple, and helped us feel right at home. Breakfast was always wonderful and ample. The rooms are beautiful, the library welcoming, and the shaded front porch on a quiet street,... so inviting on a summers afternoon. The owners have really payed attention to maintaining the details of this historic home.
Truly lovely.........we'll visit again.
