nice hotel, friendly staff

Got a bargain rate from the kind staff and all the help and assistance I could ask for. The rooms are stylishly decorated in a boutique style and are very quiet, unlike other hotels in the region. Free internet, great breakfast and smiles all round. I will definitely go back.

I booked only one night in this hotel but I decided to stay longer (2 more nights) because of its clean, comfortable, good staff, It is a few minute walking to the lake and nearby many restaurants, shoping centers. bars...they have one travel office inside if you have any question just ask the lady who runs it, she is very professional. I would recommend this hotel for my friends.

It is located right the heart of Old Quarter so easily walking to the cultural and historical relics, shopping centers. It is a brand new hotel run by friendly and enthusiastic staff who helped me alot make my plan and show me what i should do and visiting, room was nice and clean, there are many choices for breakfast - very good to start a new day.
I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my mother and this was the first time in Hanoi, Vietnam, I found many hotels on websites finally i chosed this hotel. my email was promt replied and I was picked up from the airport to the hotel. It is not a big hotel but I like the hotel's decoration and the room, it has elevator, that's good for my mother. They will help you with all your question in polite and friendly way, We booked Halong Bay through hotel- Calypso cruise and it was beyond my expectation.
