We stayed for a night , Sep 2010 ..The check-in process is painfully slow... Need to hone their skills ,,,, Everyone was getting frustrated ... The website says it is very close to Tivoli Park ... In fact it is a kilometer away . Moreover the so-called shuttle service is available only form 11 AM. Tourists please reconsider using this accomodation , you can find fellow tourists lugging their suitcases (on check out ) all the way to the railway station. Small things can ruin your mental frame and your holiday spirit too !!! Wish I had thought of a hotel near the walking street ...... The staff failed to include breakfast while checking in .The next morning we were turned away and had to pull up the reception to get the coupons ... Pathetic ...
