At the time we were there (Jan.31-Feb3) it was very peaceful. All was quiet and not much going on in the area. Room clean, staff friendly and helpful.Easy access to the highway and a few minutes ride to major stores (Wal-Mart, Meijer), restaurants etc...we would most definitely stay there again.

Hotel was clean, decorated in antique decor. We were given a small room and were happy not to have a quiet location, away from elevators. After our arrival, they front desk did call to see if we were satisfied with the room, which was very nice. Breakfast was a carbohydrate fest, the only hot item were the waffles that could be made fresh on-site.
We extended our stay one more night because we liked the town beach. Extending our stay was great for us, but the hotel staff seemed to have difficulty handling the request and charging us with their quoted price. Our room was not cleaned after the first night there, which was disappointing. The pool was well kept. The hotel has plenty of room to wander outside and view a beautiful sunset. The neighboring restaurant was a bit over-priced, but the food tasted great which made it worth the money paid.

A great place to stay! The hotel has very beautiful setting. The bed is very comfortable. The bathtub is very good for older people! The lobby has Hot Coffee and water and computers. Breakfasts are very good. The location is quiet for relaxing. You could easily drive for 5-10 minutes to the town and beach.
