    15 breakfast and they ran out of food and got our orders wrong...we had a non-smoking room but could still smell smoke in our room...i've stayed ...

    $15 breakfast and they ran out of food and got our orders wrong...We had a non-smoking room but could still smell smoke in our room...I've stayed in bigger better rooms for less and in the better part of town. They charged us extra for having more adults in the room but didn't want to bring enough towels for everyone...made us feel like they thought we were going to steal them. I'm really upset about the breakfast though.

    I was so surprised to find such a lovely hotel in the deep downtown of Jackson. But the whole area is under renovation and just ablock down is a great restaurant, the Parlor Cafe. Great food. The front terrace of the hotel is a wonderful place to watch the world go by with a cockatil in hand.

    Beautiful hotel in downtown jackson. comfortable a spacious rooms that are very quit. lobby is amazing and it appears to be an excellent location for a conference. parking is expensive ...

    Beautiful hotel in downtown Jackson. Comfortable a spacious rooms that are very quit. Lobby is amazing and it appears to be an excellent location for a conference. Parking is expensive and it is not safe to walk in the area. Bell hops and parking attendants are excellent. Security is not a problem at the Hotel. Desk clerk double charged me for my room. I called the manager and after three calls and five days I have not received a return call.
