I don't know how this hotel got rated three stars. Maybe I'm expecting too much for three stars but I thought it meant that it was about average. I'd say this place was slightly below average. Although the linen and towels seemed very clean, the towels were so old that they were worn through in spots. The carpet looked like a small animal had been slaughtered on it. According to the instructions on the door, after 11 p.m. there wasn't supposed to be any noise. I wish someone would have told that to the drunks next door as they weaved past my door at 1 a.m. shouting. The lampshade at the bedside was in tatters and looked like it would fall to pieces if I touched it. Admittedly, the courtyard was cute and it was nice that there were BBQs available for people to use.
