    I recently spent a night at the Fair Street Guest House as a mini-vacation to celebrate my birthday. Location was fantastic - within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars along the waterfront and close to the mansions, etc. The innkeeper was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was great. The furnishings were quaint...nothing fancy, but very comfortable. All that plus free parking and a fantastic price. I highly recommend this B&B!!

    Owner was wonderful and accommodating. great location. altho time for a new mattress, too soft and saggy in the middle. room needed to be renovated, but the price was right ...

    Owner was wonderful and accommodating. Great location. Altho time for a new mattress, too soft and saggy in the middle. Room needed to be renovated, but the price was right and I really liked the owner and the location very much. Very easy parking. Would recommend, even with my criticisms.
