I do not plan to stay in this hotel again. I find the bandwidth restriction on the Internet is unacceptable. Nowadays, Internet is an infrastructure component similar to water and electricity. I understand that some hotels do charge for the Internet (also unacceptable). However, the main difference is that they announce their Internet policy allowing one to factor the the cost of the Internet when making a reservation or avoiding these hotels all together.

The building is beautiful and the grounds were clean. The room was breathtaking!! Very modern, with a touch of Asian in the decor. Everything in the hotel seems new. The cherry desk and armoire are large and roomy. The granite in the oversized bathroom is exquisite. The beds offer both soft and firm pillows to pick from. I was extremely impressed with the staff, hotel and our room.

If you had one night to stay in Omaha I would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott at Aksarben Village (cleverly "Nebraska" spelled backwards). Its location puts you 10 minutes from downtown Omaha or a minute from 72nd street which has all the typical fare including some shopping at the world famous Nebraska Furniture Mart.
The room was new, very clean, and very big. The furnishings were excellent and the feel of the room was cozy and wonderful.
If you need a nice place to stay in a good location I would recommend this one.
