We stay at this hotel on the way to TX and on the way home from CA. It's always very nice, it's right off the freeway and very comfortable. We are always very satisfied.
Although the staff was friendly, the were not forthcoming on certain issues.

I had booked the hotel for my parents' anniversary. They informed me: When they arrived, the front desk attendant said they showed the room was occupied but they could give them a similiar room but it didn't have a bathtub. Also, she did not explain to my parents the type of bed the room they had...they did not find out until the morning when they were looking through the guide to Las Cruces. Although they said room itself was outstanding, the vaulted ceilings and decorations, when they checked out the bathroom, a baby roach scurried across the floor! Unbelievable. At the point, they didn't use the drawers and they put their shoes and luggage on top of the desk and dressers. When they told the front desk attendent, she said she would have the exterminators come - that didn't do them any good. Take a good walk through first. They also had problems connected to the internet.

When we checked in here, we had a reservation for two beds but all they had was a single bed so we had to get that with a roll a way bed. The hotel never requested to move us after everyone checked out on sunday to another room. This hotel was very overpriced for what you get. Beds are very hard and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was overpriced and cold. The pool was not in functioning order. This would be the last time that we stayed at a Hilton Hotels.
