The staff was friendly, the room was VERY clean. It would be impossible to find a cleaner, newer, more comfortable room in Roswell.

The overall quality of my stay at the Candlewood Suites in Roswell, NM was excellent. From the start, the staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious (I liked the fact that every room comes with a kitchenette). Both the gym and business areas proved to be convenient and useful during my stay. The outside patio/pool area is very well done and has an aesthetically pleasing appeal to it. I feel like I was treated as a welcomed guest rather than just another customer. I would highly recommend this property and its amenities to any traveler looking for cleanliness, hospitality, and excellent service.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly. I didn't know this hotel was part of the Holiday Inn Express family of hotels. The work space and kitchen in my room were perfect. I definately recommend it for anyone on short assignments in this area. Ask for the golf course view!
