    This room was very clean, and the bed was wasy more comfortable than the one I had stayed in the night before in another town. I stayed here for a couple of nights, and do not have any complaints about the stay.

    Good value for the money. Small towns do not have the best options of hotels but this property has consistently been clean, the staff has been friendly and it's a good value for my money. I frequent this hotel probably 10-12/year and the service has been nothing but good. I also use a travel agent discount and my vouchers are always honored. Will continue to frequent this hotel.

    When my guest got to check in at the hotel they ware not able to check in becasue the front desk person did not know how to handle travel online ...

    WHEN MY GUEST GOT TO CHECK IN AT THE HOTEL THEY WARE NOT ABLE TO CHECK IN BECASUE THE FRONT DESK PERSON DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE TRAVEL ONLINE RESERVATIONS, NOW I DOUBLE PAY MY STAY IN TXK ,ONE WITH TRAVEL ONLINE AND ONE WITH HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, AFTER I TOLD THE CLERK TO CANCELL THE RESEVATION SINCE HE CAN NOT CHECK MY GUEST IN.
