    Travelled during the holiday and managed to leave my purse in the room upon checkout with my son's passport inside and personal information. my aunt contacted the hotel the ...

    Travelled during the holiday and managed to leave my purse in the room upon checkout with my son's passport inside and personal information. My aunt contacted the hotel the next day and the staff had turned it into the office where she was able to pick it up and mail it to me completely in tact. That doesn't happen much anymore especially during the holidays.
