I got exactally what I was promiced. It was clean and quiet, freee wireless and parking. Two balaconies with city views, 2 blocks from a big supermarket. Everything worked in the apartment, it had a dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, oven, big fridge and microwave and everything you needed to eat and cook with. If you want customer service this place isnt for you, there's no front desk. The people that work there work in the pent house and work from 9-6. it is unstaffed after that. There is a pass code to put in when you want to come into the building, so it is very secure. If you want your placed cleaned you must pay for it (extra) which was fine, I dont clean my house every day so i dont need my hotel room cleaned every day. The people in the buisness office are spanish speaking, however they speak english very well and were very nice and helpful when i went up there to ask questions. I would definity stay there again, it's close to everything and was very modern and beautiful!!
