the room was cheap
bed linen & towels were all clean (but no soap/shampoo or lotion! so must bring own!)
the grounds were well maintained, &there seemed to always be people outside walking, so i felt overall safe.
only complaint, there was trash in the drawers
overall, was a great value... i would stay again :)
easy access to I40 and I17 nice to quick stop for the night or a few extra days

The goods: the room has microwave and refrigerator besides the standards like tv, table, chairs. there are two queen beds, and they're clean. the bathroom is clean.

The bads: The hallway was stinky, smells like urine. However, after closing the door, the room smells good. Another thing is that I couldn't find anyway to turn on the heater, if there's one. Parking is not enough in the front.
