This lovely hotel gives excellent service. All staff try to go above and beyond in service and amenities. The location is a problem as it is not near anything that a visitor to Panama would be going to see or work at. It's location so close to the airport makes it convenient for flying in and out of Panama but nothing else. Rental cars are next door as are plenty of ride services so it is possible to travel anywhere you want to. Panama City is a full half hour west. All other attractions are even further with the exception of the Canal. You cannot walk outside the hotel and shopping mall as the neighborhood is low income but you will feel completely safe on the hotel property.
