    Everything about this fitness week is perfect! My boyfriend and I did the 9 days and left much fitter and very proud! The location is awesome - working out in the forest and on the beach (perfect for after workout cool down in the sea!). The food was great too, lots of healthy foods to optimally support a healthy body. The explanations on the workouts and the workout designs were done by a very professional team! Casper, Agnes and Martin made us feel welcome and gave us the right variety and intensity of workouts! Never the same workout twice, always a surprise and lots of game elements involved! Never knew working out could be this much fun! Recommend to everyone who wants an active holiday and feel good about themselves!

    Today I returned home after twelve days at cheveyo training camp. Running up a hill, down the beach, in the water, surfing, yoga, dragging kettlebells...... ......it was all there and more and real good fun with people you never met before but are a team with right away . Casper is a true ' do it all' guy.....Every training taillormade for each participant (really!), great cook, fantastic trainer with deep knowledge on nutrition and healthy lifestyle (without ever 'pushing it on you') and a really really nice guy. Yoga on the lawn with Agnes is just a treat. And we were lucky Martin came to volunteer this season to motivate is even more. A great guy as well and a good laugh :-)
    If you are interested in this type of holiday but maybe a bit doubtful still......book one week and I guarantee you will be back.

    I stayed at this training camp for 9 days in Janaury 2014.
    Coming from Berlin I was first met by a wonderful climate.
    The training was extremely varied and fun though often intense.
    I'd been troubling with returning lower back pain for years prior to the camp. But here 10 months later I haven't had a single occurence.
    I can only speak good about this whole camp. The training, the hotel, the people, and the cozy town Zahora.

    I had 7 tough but amazing days at the training camp! Hard and intense - inspiring workouts, amazing teammates, wonderfull food and a beautifull area.
    During these 7 days, my limits and boundaries were moved. I did Things I had never thought possible each day. The flexibility of my stiff body got increased. At the end of camp my bodyweight was 4,5 kg lighter and 2 days later - 6kg.
    I can only reccommend this place!

    My 7 days at the camp was a true eye opener and learning experience for me. Halfway through the first day, I thought I wouldn’t make it. But I did:) I was challenged on my physique, but I needed that kick. I could both feel and see the improvement towards the end, and I’ve implemented many of your diet patterns since I came home.

    I had a wonderful time. Relaxing and very hard at the same time. I enjoyed the mix! It seems like we found the key to my shoulder problem. It’s been almost completely pain free ever since.
