A full bath complete with linens and robes connects you to the kitchen.Not yet ready to sleep? Step out to the full length porch overhanging the ?holler? and rock some time away. Or release some stress in the hot tub. Minimum booking ? There is a two night minimum all year .Rates are for two people (maximum occupancy) and do not include the taxes or the $35 one time reservation fee. Rates may be subject to change, so please confirm at time of reservation.Deposits ? We require a 50% deposit plus the $35 reservation fee to hold a cabin. Deposits must be made by credit thru Paypal.
Cancellations? We will refund full deposit (less the $35 reservation fee) if the reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to the arrival date. For later cancellations, the deposit (less the $35 reservation fee) will be refunded ONLY IF we can re-rent the cabin. No-shows will be charged in FULL unless the cabin is re-rented.
