Colonial Charm Inn was built in 1920 and has been a bed and breakfast for over a decade. Gary and Shelley are Islanders and purchased the property from the original owners in 1992.

There are 4 rooms at Colonial Charm each with a queen bed, private ensuite. There are 2 spacious suites, one on the ground floor and the other on the 2nd floor with a spacious balcony to sit outside. There is also a beautilful ground floor 2 bedroom apartment that is perfect for families or weekly stays in Charlottetown. All rooms and suites have a private ensuite, color cable TV/DVD, private phone line, wireless high speed internet and in room a/c.

The inside building is non smoking and does not allow pets of any kind.
