"PICTURE WINDOW" offers a GREAT VIEW OF PIKES PEAK. The house has two bedrooms with two queen size beds in each bedroom and a comfortable futon in the third bedroom, a Living Room with Italian Leather Furniture, a dining room for 8 guests, full kitchen, and a breakfast room. Big backyard with a privacy fence, patio and patio furniture for 6 guests.

GREAT LOCATION: Restaurants, shops, parks and some attractions are within a walking distance form the property. Communal pool is just 2 miles away. Garden of the Gods is less than 2 miles away.
The cottage is located in Old Colorado City, a historic town and a former capital of the State of Colorado, about two miles to Manitou Springs and less than a two miles to Garden of the Gods and about five minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. It is only four blocks to National Historic District of Old Colorado City with its restaurants, antique shops, art galleries and museums.
There is a supermarket 3 blocks away if you need any groceries.
You will be right in the middle of all of the attractions of the area. The house is offering a great view of Pikes Peak and the mountains.
