The villa is approximately 500 meters from the nearest beach, the Agios Nikolaos beach, which is ideal for swimming and snorkeling. A beach bar on the east side of the beach serves cold drinks (attracting a younger crowd) and has beach chairs and umbrellas for free. The Anavyssos beach (Alykes), is one of the best spots for windsurfing, jet-skiing and other water sports in Attica and can be accessed by car or bike from the villa (0,7km). Having your own equipment is not necessary, as you can rent everything on the spot. The villa is located 2km away from Saronida, 15km from Vouliagmeni and 20km from Glyfada'sGolf-Club, all areas with vibrant nightlife, restaurants and cinemas. It is also 6km away from the Lagonissi Grand Resort, one of the most luxurious hotels in Greece, where you can enjoy their exclusive beach (for a fee), top-notch restaurants and bars.

Within 200m from the villa there is a playground for children as well as an outdoor basketball court, where locals organise friendly games every day. Tennis courts in Eden Beach Hotel (0.8km from the villa) are accessible for a fee. For cyclists, Agios Nikolaos offers a lot of challenging routes (conquering the local hills is an intense exercise).
