Orca Island Cabins - Details

Resurrection Bay is home to an abundance of marine life through out the summer months including Humpback and Orca Whales. Tucked away just nine miles from the head of the bay is Humpy Cove. Orca Island Cabins is nestled in the cove secluded from the outside world by mountains. The calm waters of the cove make it a kayaker's dream, with views and marine mammals. Our cabins are yurts, and furnished with comfortable accommodations. All cabins have a private bathroom with composting toilet running water with a hot water on demand system, and a propane oven and range. Enjoy outdoor grilling on your private deck with unbroken views of the bay.

Cabins are open concept with a queen sized bed, futon, seating area and fully equipped kitchenette. All cabins have large private decks.

The guest have full use of all kayaks, stand up paddleboards, rowing skiffs, and fishing gear. Propane for heating and cooking is provided, as firewood, and portable water. Rates include round trip water taxi as well.

Children must be at least 12 years old at the time of their stay. Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins. No pets.
