My accommodation is close to the Westerpark in center Amsterdam, about 15 minutes walking from central station Amsterdam. Around the corner are shopping streets-restaurants-cafes-coffee plazas-The famous Jordaan + 9 little streets district is on walking distance-and so is the Anne Frankhouse -museum district-or go to down town Amsterdam with public transport like buses and trams. Stops nearby.

Mark Westerpark boutique bnb offers 2 private rooms- the double bedroom and the lounge area. The separate toilet and shower room are ensuite and for your private use. The bnb is located on the first floor of a modern appartment building. Mark offers his guests accomodation in the apartment where he lives. In other words the bnb is your private home in Mark`s apartment. Breakfast is not included and guests are offered a voucher gift to spent in one of the coffee plazas nearby. A big supermarket is located in the apartment building and as &I always say to the guests: " this is your fridge".

Only registred guests can stay at the bnb. No pets- No babies or children- the bnb is not suitable for invalid guests as there is 1 pair of stairs, sorry- no elevator. Guests who book for this boutique bnb are chill-relaxed and cool. Minimum age is 18 years. The bnb is great for professional guests- bussiness travelers and solo guests. No smoking. No drugs. No greasy food consumption as my guests normally dine and wine outdoors.No heavy alcohol consumption. The bnb is offered to max. 2 guests. No option for a third guest.
