Innkeepers , Sallie and Welling Clark, meticulously restored the property in 1986 and continue to own and operate the inn, and uphold high standards at Holden House. In addition to their innkeeping duties, the Clarks offer consulting and seminars for aspiring innkeepers. Sallie and Welling and their attentive assistant innkeeping staff, will help you plan your itinerary around the many activities in the Pikes Peak Region. From outdoor adventures such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, golf, rock climbing, and whitewater rafting to sightseeing at Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Canyon Parks or Pikes Peak, you'll want to return time and time again. Among our many events, you won't want to miss the St. Patrick's Day Parade, Territory Days, SpringsSpree, the Renaissance Festival in Larkspur, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Pikes Peak Ascent/Marathon, Pikes Peak or Bust and National Little Britches Rodeos, Colorado Balloon Classic, IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial, Air Force Academy and Colorado College Graduation/Homecomings and the Holiday Festival of Lights, just to name a few.
