Whitewater rafting adventures on the Kennebec and Dead Rivers from May to October. Offering funyaking,tubing, overnight camping, and sightseeing to Maine's highest waterfall
Check in at 8am (Dead River) or 9am (Kennebec River). After gearing up with life vests, paddles and helmets and an orientation talk, head via Magic Falls bus or van to the launch site on the Dead or Kennebec River. A three hour trip paddling through Class II-V rapids, return to base camp for a hearty outdoor BBQ of chicken, baked haddock, steak or vegetarian option followed by a slideshow and/or video presentation of your trip. The day ends around 4 pm.
Prices start at $85 in May. Midweek in July and August $99 weekdays, and Sunday and $119 on Saturdays for Kennebec River trips. $109 for Dead River trips. Youth group and college group rates from $79. Overnight camping from $25 and lodging from $45 per person
