Denali Touch Of Wilderness Inn is located on Stampede Rd, which was the old Stampede Trail, back during the gold rush years. We are about 6 miles for the town of Healy, and around 16 scenic miles from Denali National park entrance. Our Inn sets in a secluded area, surrounded by trees and mountains. In the summer, we are only a mile away from horseback rides, dog cart rides, nice area to mountain bike or just do some hiking. We are only a short distance from the park entrance, where there are rafting, kayaking, golfing, cover wagon rides, airplane or helicopter flights, park slide shows, ranger hikes, park tours, dog demonstrations, gift shops, restaurants and dinner theathers.
In the winter, if the snow will cooperates, we have cross country skiing, snow shoe hiking, snow mobiling, dog sled rides or if you would like to learn to handle a team and go with the trainer on a run that can be arranged also. In the winter we do offer evening meals to our guest only.
