On both the Rogue and the Middle Fork, a typical day involves enjoying a delicious, hot breakfast cooked in camp by the guides, then heading downstream taking either an oar boat (relax or fish), a paddle boat (paddle to get the boat through the rapids), or an inflatable kayak (paddle your own ducky). We stop at interesting spots along the river for a side hike, jumping rock, hot springs, or Native American site. A fresh lunch is served along the way. In camp, dinner is prepared by the guides and there are various options for in-camp activities including horseshoes, koob, hiking, reading, relaxing, swimming, fishing, campfires (if the permit allows), and hot springs (on the Middle Fork).
