The VillaT
The Living Room is open plan and contains two large luxurious sofas. If required one of the sofas can be easily converted into a double bed.
There is a large TV in the Living Room, it has cable TV with approximate 70 channels providing something for everyone. There is also a DVD player if you would prefer to watch one of the latest movies.
There is a large washing machine and tumble drier located in the integral garage, which can be accessed from inside the house.
Located conveniently between the Living room and the Kitchen is the Dining area. This area contains a large table and 6 chairs, with 2 stools situated at the breakfast bar.
Patio doors give direct access out to the pool deck as well as a great view.
The Master bedroom has a large double bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom. The room has a cable TV, radio alarm clock and also has a large walk-in closet for your storage needs. This room has a beautiful view over the pool deck to the golf course.
The second bedroom contains a double sized bed while the third bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms have large build-in wardrobes.
There is an extra charge for pool heating (this is recommended from October to the end of March if you wish to use the pool). The surrounding patio is furnished with chairs, a table and loungers to allow you to relax and top up your tan in the Florida sun.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and keeps the insects out. The pool is serviced weekly.
You will enjoy the services of a local management company who will offer any assistance or advice you may need whilst in residence.
