Alpine Adventure Romania Outdoor Tours - Highlights

Hiking & Trekking Tours ranging from easy hikes to difficult or extreme ones on any type of mountain terrain and in any season (including winter). You may take day tours or multi-day tours in the most significant mountains of Romania: Transylvanian Alps, Bucegi, King's Rock, Retezat.
The tours are on demand and can be customized based on your experience, skills, physical fitness and of course availability.
The easy hikes generally means gaining an elevation in between 500-1000 m in a day on not so steep terrain and with no technical sections or high levels of risk. Then we can accommodate moderate, difficult or extreme hikes increasing these factors.

A typical one day tour always starts early, the latest at 7.00 AM. We take you from where you are accommodated in Bucharest. We drive for about 1.30-3.30 hours, depending on your destination of choice.
Do not worry about specific equipment. We can bring what you are missing. You should nevertheless have proper hiking shoes or boots.
Then we enjoy the hike while we make sure to have some sandwiches and chocolate bars in our backpack.
The hike may take between 6 and 11 hours depending on the chosen route. On our way back we stop for a dinner to a local restaurant. We should be back the latest at 22.00.
