This elegantly furnished ensuite rooms can accommodate 2-3 or 4 persons and have all the comfort of a high standard hotel, but with very reasonable rates.

The rooms are located on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a 19th century building and have street views. We are just 100 metres from St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican museums, and metro station 'Ottaviano-San Pietro' is only 50 metres away.

We organize airport pick-up from Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports (extra cost - please ask via email to the owners).
From Fiumicino Airport: You can take the train inside the airport and arrive to Termini Station (Leonardo Express, cost eur 15,00/per person). From there it's better to take the underground line A and get off at Ottaviano-San Pietro (ticket price €1.50): the Suites are just 50 meters far.
From Termini Station:
Take the Metro line A and get off to Ottaviano-San Pietro (ticket price € 1.50) and from there the Studio is just 50 meters far. Or take a taxi for about €12.00.
From Ciampino Airport:
It will be better it to ask for our pick-up. Or take Terravion bus which costs around 6,00 eur per person till Termini station.
By Car:
From the Gra exit Aurelio-Centro-Citta del Vaticano. Take the Aurelia Street and continue till the Vatican Walls, Prati area.
