Romantic Casa Lorenzina Bed and Breakfast lays 250 meter upon the national coastal road, yet positively quiet. Our ancient farmers' house is rustic and amidst farming and untamed Mediterranean growth. It is located within a small environmentally intact climatic niche , called \'The Africa Basin\' at the border of Italian & French Riviera, renowned for being miracolously sunny and with a very mild climate. We are strategically close to all interest points. 22 miles from Nice, France international airport, 2 miles from Ventimiglia, 1 mile to the nearest village, 8 miles from Sanremo and 7 miles from Monte-Carlo.

Day 1 - drive and walk to picturesque inland village with visit to an ancient oil mill , oil secrets and tasting
Day 2 - Cooking lesson -morning Guided visit to the market , you purchase raw ingredients
Afternoon you cook under our directions - evening you dine with what you cook
Day 3 - Junk/antique hunting day - visit to Junk Depots and cheap antique dealers
Day 4 drive and walk to magic inland stone village with visit to winery visit - wine lesson and tasting
Day 5 Huge Ventimiglia market experience, browsing lots of stands for Italian Design house items, shoes, leather goods, clothing and accessories
Day 6 Full-immersion gardening experience, guided visit to a splendid private garden, lesson and hands-on pratice
Day 7 Cote D'Azur Splendour - Quiet , relaxing visit to the nearby Principality of Monaco and Monte-Carlo

Directions

Staying at our property is much more enjoyable when you have a car. If you have it, get out of the 'VENTIMIGLIA' highway toll station. Take the direction 'Ventimiglia Centro'. You will reach a bridge over a small river, cross it. At its end take the 'FRANCIA' direction on the right shown by the road sign.

After one traffic light, you will enter a long tunnel. As you get out of the tunnel, after 100 m you will see on your RIGHT, between two big palm trees,a small square broadening of the road, with a large entrance gate. Turn right, and in our access yard ring our bell. We will open the access gate.

Take the narrow, sloping concrete-paved road. Follow it approx. 200 meter, until when you seen on your LEFT a gravel-coated small climbing road.

Take this road and after 100 meter you'll find our shield, and next an arch made of bougainvillea flowers, entrance to our terraced garden.

Nearest airport is the international Nice, France airport (20 miles from our premises).

Nearest train station is at ventimiglia (2 miles)

Nearest bus stop is 300 yards from our home (bus stop VILLA ULIVI)
