Located in Carmignone 15km far away from Brescia and just 6 Km from Iseo Lake our B&B was built in the 18th Century, as traditional Franciacorta Country-house.
The big garden includes a barbecue are at our guests disposal. The B&B has confortable rooms including a large kitchen and a warm living room.
Breakfast is served either in the kitchen or outside in the garden.
Our B&B is located in a small village in the middle of Franciacorta a famous area well-known for the production of Important white, red and sparkling wines.Green fields and large vineyards surround our B&B offering our guests a relaxing and pleasant stay.
From the Motorway A4 (E66) Venezia-Milano exit Ospitaletto. Follow direction to Concesio. Drive 3,7 km. Turn left and follow direction LAGO D'ISEO. Drive 1,8km till AGIP Petrol Station. Drive 600 mt. Exit VALENZANO, turn immediately left, cross the bridge and go straight on to PASSIRANO. Go straight on for about 500 mt. And at the STOP turn left into A. Diaz Street till n. 27.
From Iseo : take the main road SP510 and follow direction BRESCIA for 5 km,take the exit Camignone and at the crossroad turn left till the traffic light that you have to turn right to the centre of the Village (Camignone). Drive for about 1,3 km. Turn right direction PASSIRANO. Drive 500 m. At the STOP turn on left till the n. 27.

By bus from Brescia: Take bus direction ISEO exit CAMIGNONE. Follow via Diaz till no 27.
By train: take Local Train direction Iseo-Edolo, stop in Passirano Station . Then follow direction Camignone Via Diaz, 27 for 2 km, we also provide the train station (from Passirano train station) pick up to our guest.
