It is your responsibility to confirm arrival time
as soon as you have booked your flights or train at least 3 days before arrival.
You will be scheduled for an appointment at the apartment with a particular person in charge of your arrival.
Therefore your best possible indication of a specific arrival time and updates concerning any changes (delays etc.) are essential and will ensure the best possible entry process.
Key collection can take place from 15.00 until 19.00.
We cannot guarantee an earlier check-in because of possible departures from the same apartment on the same day as well as the time required for cleaning the apartment.
At times early arrival is possible if no cleaning is scheduled.
After 19.00 the service is not included and a small fee must be paid on the spot. All days from 19.00 until 00.00 the check in service fee is Euro 30,00.
Check-out is before 11:00. In case you require to leave your luggage
in the apartment later then 11.00 am, please check with the office on
your arrival and we will inform you about the latest hour possible. In
most cases, the luggage can be deposited until the afternoon.
Before leaving the apartment
The final cleaning is included in the rent. We ask you to leave the
apartment in reasonable conditions (garbage taken out, dishes washed,
air conditioning turned off, etc.)

Full Payment is in Cash Only upon arrival. We do not accept any other
methods of payment at the moment
