The building is part of the fourteenth century Palazzo Zorzi said 'Bon' on calle de l'Arco, adjacent to the Palazzo Zorzi which was formerly connected. The name 'Bon' derived from a tenant of Zorzi, in the eighteenth century, who lived in the apartment upstairs.
The B&B has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. We can accommodate just one person in the single and up to 4 people in the bigger room. The bathroom is large and equipped with bathtub and bidet. The breakfast room has a coffee machine and water heater, so that guests, if necessary, they can manage their own time without the obligation schedule. The room opens onto a lovely terrace from which you see the bell tower of San Marco.
Our B&B is in the heart of the city, 5 minutes to St. Mark's Square, 10 minutes to Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes to Arsenale (for visiting La Biennale).

From the 24th of August 2011, all visitors who stay in an accomodation facility within the territory of the Municipality of Venice have to pay the 'Tourist tax'
The collected funds will help the City improve the quality of the tourist services and finance works aimed at maintaining, using and salvaging the city's cultural and architectural heritage.
The tax is due only for the first five days of stay. For the B&B : euro 3,00 x persons x night in the high season - 2,10 in low. Children under 10 years of age are exempted Juveniles between 10 and 16 years of age benefit from 30% reduction.

From Santa Lucia train station or Piazzale Roma bus station, take any public water-bus goes to Rialto, follow Salizada San Lio, turn toward Campo Santa Maria Formosa, get to Ruga Giuffa (Ramo Grimani). From the water-bus stop to Ca' Zora: 5 minutes walking.
