The location is a real privilege:
Less than two minutes walking from La Caleta Beach, see pictures here-and the best sunset in Cadiz, but still in the center of Old Cadiz and near all places of interests and the bar area.
It is a small and humble house of only 3 rooms, cosy and friendly. Just like being in a small family.
The building is a typical andalusian one,and has been recently renovated. The house is very small and modest, it has the familiar atmosphere and quietness of a private house.
There is High Speed Internet Wi-fi in the rooms and in all the house.
From August and September there are usually Erasmus students coming. October is a great month to enjoy the beach because sea and air temperature are still high here.
The House: Be aware that it is a small and humble place, but also friendly and clean. So if you don't need much luxury and superficial atmosphere and want to relax and experience life in an ordinary, typical andalusian neighborhood, without being surrounded by tourists, and near the most folkloric beach of all Andalusia, this is the place to come. There are generally young travellers and backpackers.
You could use the phone to communicate to fix telephones in Spain whenever you need. For free.
Please, confirm your arrival time before you come to be sure somebody would be in the house.

It's situatedLess than two minutes walk from the Giant Ficus Tree of La Caleta Beach.
10 minutes walk from the Train and Bus stations. You should call, text or e- mail in advance to confirm at what time you`d like to check in so that I will be home. Unless you specified the time in the reservation.
From the train/ bus station a taxi costs around 5 euros. Or if you walk you should pass the Cathedral Square, then Plaza de las Flores and then take Hospital de Mujeres street almost all the way until you see some trees. That is Jesus Nazareno plaza, which is just a street. Then you are almost there.
Please make sure to write down all the details of the address so that you can find it right away.
