This Hostel is the only hostel in downtown and walking distance to the train, Greyhound Bus, Amtrak, Michigan Avenue and the Loop. In fact, the airport shuttle train is just $3 to our block.

Just blocks from the Loop and close to restaurants, banks and shops all within walking distance. Michigan Ave/Magnificent Mile shopping, Chicago Planetarium, Art Institute of Chicago and Navy Pier are located a short distance away.
We're close to Union Station and Greyhound Bus and one block from the CTA El train. The CTA El is a $2 fare from both O'Hare International Airport and Midway Airport. Arriving by Amtrak or Greyhound? We are only a few blocks away and an easy walk!

From O'Hare airport:
Take the CTA blue line ($2.25) and exit at the Halsted Street Station. We're one block from the station.
From Midway airport:
Take the Orange Line to the Clark/Lake stop. Go all the way downstairs to the subway and take Forest Park blue line to UIC/Halsted stop. We are one block north.
When you arrive we'll provide you with a transit map full of bus and train routes on our block!
From Amtrak:
Walk west on Jackson 3 blocks and then turn left on Halsted.
We're right on the street at 310 S. Halsted.
From Greyhound:
Walk 1 block west on Harrison Street and then take a right on S. Halsted and we are 1 block up on
310 S Halsted St
