The property, located on the first floor of an elegant building of the seventeenth century, has been completely restored in all areas to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay. Close to major historical monuments including the Basilica of San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, the Bridge of Sighs and the Basilica of St. John and Paul, B & B Antica Riva welcomes you to a young and dynamic atmosphere and a warm hospitality.
The rooms of the B & B Antica Riva, the Red, the Blue and the Golden one, are very bright and spacious: they can be double, triple or quadruple.
They have an elegant and comfortable furniture with TV LED, free WiFi, safe, individually controlled heating and air conditioning.
They may have a shared bathroom with one other room, or an exclusive bathroom. In both cases a hair dryer, linen and a towel warmer are available to the guests.
Italian style breakfast is served as a buffet.

From the Airport i Marco Poloi Venice (Tessera):
Take the Alilaguna Blue Line (http://www.alilaguna.it/) water-bus to San Zaccaria, the first water stop after Saint Marki s Square. Then take the street called Calle delle Rasse into the Campo San Filippo e Giacomo. At the right, take the Calle della Chiesa and continue straight on. Follow the yellow signs to the Querini Stampalia. At the first on the left, turn into the Campo San Giovanni Novo (called Campo San Zaninovo) and turn right under the covered passage into the Fondamenta del Remedio: the canal will be on your right, the B&B Antica Riva on your left. If you prefer from the airport you can also take bus ni 5 (www.actv.it) or the Atvo service(www.atvo.it) to the Piazzale Roma and from here follow the instruction given below.
From the Tronchetto (cari s terminal):
The Tronchettoi s island is a parking area, next to Piazzale Roma (see next indications). After having park your auto (www.veniceparking.it) take the vaporetto n. 2 to San Zaccaria, the first water stop after Saint Marki s Square. Then take the street called Calle delle Rasse into the Campo San Filippo e Giacomo. At the right, take the Calle della Chiesa and continue straight on. Follow the yellow signs to the Querini Stampalia. At the first on the left, turn into the Campo San Giovanni Novo (called Campo San Zaninovo) and turn right under the covered passage into the Fondamenta del Remedio: the canal will be on your right, the B&B Antica Riva on your left.
From Car Park (Piazzale Roma):
You arrive at the Piazzale Roma either by car/taxi or by bus: here you can also leave your car in a toll parking (http://www.garagesanmarco.it/it/home-page.html). When you arrive at the Piazzale Roma, we suggest you take the vaporetto Actv number 4.1, n. 5.1, n. 1 or n. 2 to San Zaccaria (one stop past St. Mark's Square). Go along the Calle delle Rasse into the Campo San Filippo e Giacomo. Cross the Campo at its wide end and continue along the Calle della Chiesa. Follow the yellow signs to Querini Stampalia. Turn left into the Campo San Giovanni Novo and turn right under the covered passage into the Fondamenta del Remedio: the canal will be on your right, the B&B Antica Riva on your left.
From the Railway Station i Santa Luciai :
Take the vaporetto n. 1 or n. 2 to San Zaccaria (one stop past St. Mark's Square). Go along the Calle delle Rasse into the Campo San Filippo e Giacomo. Cross the Campo at its wide end and continue along the Calle della Chiesa. Follow the yellow signs to Querini Stampalia. Turn left into the Campo San Giovanni Novo and turn right under the covered passage into the Fondamenta del Remedio: the canal will be on your right, the B&B Antica Riva on your left.
From St. Mark's Square (3 minutes walk away):
St. Marki s Square is the main square of Venice set in the heart of the city. B&B Antica Riva is very close to it, just 3 minutes walk away: go under the Torre dell'Orologio (the Clock Tower, near the Saint Marki s Basilica) and turn right along the Calle Larga San Marco. Turn left at the end and immediately turn right into the Calle del Remedio which opens into the Fondamenta of the same name: B&B Antica Riva is on the left, before the covered passage.
