The flat has two double bedrooms, one kitchen, one living room, one bathroom and a large balcony on the Lungo Mare Poetto.

The bus stop to reach Cagliari is just 50 metres from the entrance of the house. It takes 15 minutes to reach the centre of the town (via Roma).

The address of the flat is n.196 of Viale Poetto and it is 30 metres before the bus stop. From the Central Bus Station to the flat the bus takes 15/20 minutes
