It is situated in a lovely area still inhabited by genuine Venetians and has a unique atmosphere. Here, from the balcony of your room, you can admire the unspoiled magic of the canals and enjoy a spectacular view of the lagoon (only the Superior room has a balcony).
The B&B is only a few minutes away from Campo SS. Giovanni e Paolo where you can visit the largest church in Venice (the \'Pantheon\' of the Doges), and admire the splendid facade of St. Mark\'s Scuola Grande, now the Hospital.
A short walk will bring you to St Mark\'s square or the Rialto Bridge, and the B&B is also very near to the Fondamente Nove boat stop from where you can find all the boat connections to Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido.
The B&B is close to the Arsenale of Venice and is not far to the Giardini della Biennale where you find the famous International Art Exhibition.

The B&B is about 30 minutes away from Piazzale Roma (car-park) and Santa Lucia Railway Station from there take boat number 5.2 and get off at the Ospedale (after 20.26 you have to get off at the Fondamente Nove). Once off the boat stage, turn left and walk up the Fondamente for about 50 metres, turn off into Calle delle Cappuccine and continue until you reach the square, Campo S.Giustina o Barbaria. Cross the square and turn left into Calle Zon, after about 10 metres turn left again into Calle Cavalli. At the end of the street is our B&B (house number 6534/B).
From Marco Polo Airport: take the Alilaguna boat and get off at Fondamente Nove stop.
Alternatively you can take a bus or taxi to Piazzale Roma.
From the airport at Treviso there is a convenient private shuttle service to Piazzale Roma.
