The house is on a farm with olive, almond, orange and lemon trees and large terraces. In front of the house in a vast expanse of the valley is the swimming pool, which has magnificent views and sun all day with a barbecue plate and two grills, double basin sink and a toilet outside.
The large terrace is connected directly with a porch that is ideal for outdoor dining summer times, as it is located right outside the kitchen.

Huertas de Nicolas is in the hills above Alozaina village, just one kilometer from the center of t town, which has a very central and prime location in the Sierra de las Nieves region. The house is accessed by a lane cemented part of the same highway A 354 Casarabonela.
As the entrance to the house is closed by an iron gate with automatic opening, the owner will meet with you in the restaurant / bar La Jaca as to take you to the property and give you all the keys there.
From Malaga motorway A357 direction Cártama / Campillos / Technology Park. After about 15 km road becomes. Follow it until you left at Km 40.50 Zalea forwarding address / Casarabonela / Alozaina / Yunquera (A354). Take the detour. Before reaching Casarabonela A354 road veers to the left direction Alozaina. Turn left here. After about 8 km reach a roundabout with a petrol station completely turning around the roundabout will be right next to the gas station parking.
From Marbella take the A355 road towards Coín. From there change to the A366 road towards Ronda. After 20 km you will reach a roundabout that will allow you to follow Yunquera, El Burgo and Ronda or change your right to address Alozaina A354 road. Turn right. Before entering the road on your right and a gas station just after the entrance to the parking lot of Bar / Restaurant 'La Jaca'. Cieza Paqui awaits you to take you to the house of Nicholas Huerta in the hills above the village.
