Vacation Rental Property
Private home and pool house with private swimming pool and gardens. Views of the Pacific Ocean and Haleakala from extensive decks. Palm trees, plumeria, lime trees and banana trees and tropical flowers grace the lawns. This facility will expand to suite a couple or a large group. It is perfect for family reunions, and weddings.

This private estate includes the upper floor of a 3 Bedroom home and a studio pool house. Together they will accomodate 6-10 persons.
The main living accommodation is the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala.
The house has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bedm, the secon bedroom has a queen bed and the third has twins. The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room and living room.
A separatae pool house overlooks the private pool. It contains a studio kitchen and bath and a L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a hide-a-bed. It is not large and is perfect for a couple, couple with small children or 4 youngsters.
Amenities
Home is fully furnished and equipped with linens, dishes, telephone, washer, dryer, cable TV, VCR, and stereo. The home is not airconditioned but opens well to the trade winds and there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The resident manager provides pool and yard maintenance and housekeeping services between guests.
Rates & Availability
House and pool house for 6 people $375 per day. Additional people including children $25per person per day.Hawaii Tax = 13.4% Cleaning fee = $150
Christmas holiday 2 weeks minimum $500 per day.

Minimum stay of 7 days. Deposit of one third is required to hold time. Payment in full is due 30 days before arrival.
Other Information
The interior of this home was completely remodeled in the fall of 2008. New windows and doors, new appliances and furnishings, new floors and ceilings and new kitchen and bath were added.
