Riverwalk House is an award winning 4* Failte Ireland approved B&B. Situated in the picturesque village of Oughterard bordering on Connemara, it is an elegant Irish home offering unique and relaxing guest comfort and service.

We are a 3 min walk to the village by the Owenriff river path, where you will find a wide choice of high quality restaurants and pubs to sample. All rooms at Riverwalk are ensuite and individually decorated to a high standard with tea/coffee facilities, guest information book, TV, clock radio, hairdryers and bathroom toiletries.
Places to visit include Aughnanure Castle, Kylemore Abbey, Glengowla silver and lead mines. The Corrib cruise is a daily trip on Lough Corrib where you can visit Inchagoill Island. Ashford Castle and the village of Cong where the famous Quiet Man moview was made starring John Wayne in 1950.
From Galway follow the N59 Clifden Road. On arrival in the village of Oughterard, drive down the Main Street towards the church and a bridge, go over bridge and take a right along the little river (signposted at bridge). We are located 200 mtrs from bridge on the right.
