Brookville is a family run Guest House offering a Real Irish Welcome by Liam, Dei, Julie and Claire. We pride ourselves in our very high standards which results in a large number of recommendations and repeat business.

We at \'Brookville\' strive to give that personal touch that one will not find in a Hotel situation. It is a really homely establishment, with great care given to quality and cleanliness, with the personal needs of all Guests looked after, the large number of people that return, year after year, proves that \'the personal touch\', does work.

DIRECTIONS FROM DUBLIN AIRPORT TO BROOKVILLE HOUSE
BY CAR:
When you come out of the Airport Complex, go Southbound on the M1, towards Dublin City, for about two km, where you will come to The M50. Get onto this and go Southbound again. Take Exit 14 marked the N31, then go straight through the next two roundabouts, first one marked the N31 and the second, marked the N11. You will come to a dual carriageway, which is the N11. Go straight through the N11 and into Newtownpark Ave., keep straight until you see a Texaco garage on your left, turn right at the set of traffic lights just past it and we are the last entrance on the right hand side before the next FULL set of traffic lights (four roads). There are two B&B signs, with a cream wall and lots of trees and ivy.
If for some reason you take a wrong turn and get lost and need to ask directions, we are situated on the Deansgrange Road at the new signalised junction with the Monkstown Ring Road and our mobile number is 00353872376481.

The Sat. Nav. co-ordinates for Brookville House are N53 17.163' and W 006 10.75. If you are using a sat nav and it does not let you enter coordinates, then input Blackrock when asked for city and 28 Brookville Park for the street. If your Sat Nav is a Tom Tom, we suggest putting in 1 Springhill Park for our address as this seems to work!
BY COACH:
DALKEY AIRCOACH: The best coach to catch is the Dalkey Aircoach (blue in colour) right outside the arrivals door to the left, it goes every hour on the hour (it only takes 35 mins and costs 8 euro one way or 14 euro return per person- if you text us when you are on the coach we will collect you if we can- you get off at the Monkstown stop which is just outside a pub called Goggins and we will be waiting for you in a black S class Mercedes (otherwise you get off at the Frascati Shopping Centre Blackrock, where you can catch the 4 bus (which goes every 15 mins) and get off at the Deansgrange Link Road stop (3 min bus journey) which is right across the road from us , (the Deansgrange Link Road stop is the first time the bus turns left and you will see us straight across the road through the big set of traffic lights, Brookville House has cream wallls, tall evergreen trees and two B&B signs).
