This was probably the best hostel I stayed during my whole trip throught the UK and ireland. Friendliest staff ever, cozy rooms, great facilities, very central location and not expensive at all. I\'d reccomend this for anyone going to Galway. Barnacles is amazing!!!
All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way possible! Would definitely recommend for anybody to stay here. What a fantastic hostel! The location of the hostel is fantastic and the staff was really nice and helpful! We met some really fun people in the hostel\'s common area. It was clean and safe.

Directions
The Bus/Train station is just 5 mins from our Hostel. Galway Bus/Train stations are located in the same depot in the City Centre so you don't have far to walk to find us. From the Bus Train/Station. Walk diagonally across Eyre Square. Turn left onto Williamsgate Street and continue straight down Shop Street. At the King's Head pub, keep left and walk down High Street onto Quay Street. We are situated on the right and opposite the Quays Pub.
Train There are approx 5 trains running daily between Dublin and Galway, this is the only train link from Galway City. While in Ireland, you can ring 366222
