Fitness Retreat in Radisson SAS Resort and Spa
Description of Active Adventure
The Clublight Fitness Retreat is set in the fabulous 4 star Radisson SAS El Marques Resort and Spa. You'll receive nutritional advice, Personal and Group training, hikes in the countryside. Guided mediation, Chi Kung and Tai Chi classes plus a range of soothing massages from the Spa Balnearia. As well as the option to speak with our Clinical Hypnotherapist or Life Coach.
Typical Day
A typical day will involve morning Chi Kung exercises and meditation, followed by a training session to work the body as a whole. Just in time for lunch. After which a hike in the mountains leaves us admiring the breathtaking beauty of our surroundings in the glorious sunshine (regardless of the time of year) and we head back to the resort for dinner and a relaxing, soothing massage.

Suitable for adults of any age. The retreat focuses on improving you, regardless of your past exercise history.
Sleeping and meals
The stunning 6 bedroomed villa consists of 3 ensuite bedrooms and has ample space throughout. A virtual tour can be seen on our website. All meals are inclusive and prepared by our very own chef.
A 6 night stay at the Radisson SAS El Marques Resort and Spa includes half board. And prices are based on single, or two people sharing.
