Surrounding Area
For those who look to experience some of Ireland's breath-taking scenery, Tramore sits right in the middle of the Southeast Coastal Drive. During your visit to Tramore why not sample some of Ireland's history by travelling the Dolmen Drive. Soak up the culture and history of this area, at the attractions Waterford City provides, such as the Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre and Waterford Museum of Treasures at The Granary. If you visit during the August bank holiday weekend you wont have missed out. You would be lucky to experience the wonder of Spraoi, one of Ireland's premier street festivals which is held in Waterford city annually. All six bedrooms, including three luxurious family suites, are decorated to a very high standard with TV's, clock-radios, hairdryers, and a range of complimentary bathroom toiletries such as showergel, shampoo & tissues
The extensive breakfast menu offers more than ten delicious choices including the very popular French Toast "Cliff House" style, Hot Buttered Kippers, and Irish Tripe with fingers of Toast. Breakfast is an enjoyable and relaxed occasion where conversation flows freely amongst the guests.
Guests can relax with a cup of tea or coffee & home baking in the sunny conservatory or patio, enjoy the breathtaking views of Tramore Bay and nearby beach, or stroll in the gorgeous landscaped gardens.
Tours of the new House of Waterford Crystal & Visitor Centre (located in the heart of Waterford, just 10mins away) can be arranged, as can discounted green fees at all local golf courses.
Restaurants and bars are within walking distance and we are an ideal base for exploring Waterford City and the South-East of the country. We have plenty of tourism maps available and are always on hand giving you the best of advice on making the most of your visit to Tramore, and the remainder of your stay in Ireland.

Once in Tramore, follow our sign posts to Cliff House B&B. Simply continue going straight on as you enter Tramore and watch out for our sign posts as you come further into the town. We are very well sign posted and situated in a quiet part of Tramore with the best views. Just give us a call if you need further directions.
