Welcome to our new and comfortable apartments in Seville's top locations, like the Triana neighbourhood, the Santa Cruz area, the centre, only a stones throw away from all monuments like the world famous cathedral, the Giralda, the bull fight ring, the Archivo de Indias with all the documentation of Columbus' travels, the Alcazar Gardens and much more.

You will live just like the Sevillians do, surrounded by little inviting bars, fancy shops next to the family shop run for many generations and historic monuments.

If you want to escape the hotels or hostels and to have a unique experience, come and try the Sevillian life style in our fully equipped apartments with all commodities you can think of. After a busy day of sightseeing you will enjoy the privacy and commodity of our apartments.

All apartments are equipped with new kitchens providing everything you need for preparing your meals, comfy living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms. Recently reformed and newly decorated with quality materials and style in mind, you will feel just like at home. Every apartment has TV, Hi-fi equipment, air-conditioning and heating, washing machine, hair dryers and much more. Initial and final cleaning, sheets, towels, water and electricity expenses are of cause included in the price.

Additionally to renting an apartment you can take advantage of our other free services like: reservations for Flamenco shows, Arab baths, tour buses, boat rides or rides in carriage; organization of guided tours for sightseeing or nightly strolls to the best tapas bars and free flamenco shows. Even if you feel like taking some dancing lessons to get the real Seville experience or learn to cook like the Andalusians, we get that sorted out for you.

If you don´t want to waste your holiday time in looking for the next supermarket and doing food shopping, just ask for our 'full fridge service' and your fridge will be filled with the requested items upon arrival.

* Cancellation policy: up to 48 hours before arrival without any charge, late cancellations will be charged the first night.
* As our apartments are in different parts of town, we need you to give us a quick call/text message shortly before arriving in Seville in order to meet at the apartment. We usually need 30 minutes to get to any of the apartments.

Directions

Santiago-Apartment is in one of the most ancient and historic areas of Seville, in Santa Cruz.

From the airport:
Take a taxi directly to the apartment, time: 20 min.
Or take the airport bus (EA) to the centre and get off at Santa Justa train station. From there you can either walk (15 min.) or take a taxi (5 min.) to the apartment.

From the train station Santa Justa:
Take a taxi directly to the apartment (5 min.).
Or take a 15 minutes walk to the apartment.

From bus station Prado San Sebastian:
Take a taxi (5 min.).
Or take bus (C4) towards Puerta Carmona and get off at this stop. Then you would have to take a short walk in the same direction the bus leaves, passing Luis Montoto and Fray Alonso Street, there you cross the street and enter the first to the left. Keep walking straight and you will enter Santiago Street. At house number 46 you will be at your apartment! Welcome!

From bus station Plaza de Armas:
Take a taxi (aprox. 10 min.)
Or take bus number C3 from across the street (you will find the bus stop just in front of the shopping centre) and get off at the second bus stop after Puerta Osario. Once there you keep walking in direction where the bus leaves and take the first to your right. Follow this street and you will get fast to Santiago Street. At house number 46 you will be at your apartment! Welcome!

Marques de Paradas-Apartment is situated in the area close to Plaza de Armas and the river side.

From the airport:
Take a taxi directly to the apartment, time: 20 min.
Or take the airport bus (EA) to the centre and get off at the last stop (Prado San Sebastian bus station). From there you can either walk (15 min.) or take a taxi (5 min.) to the apartment. Or you take the tram (Line 1) to Plaza Nueva, there you get off and enter Madrid Street. This street will lead you to Zaragossa Street, follow it towards the right until it ends (There is a coffee shop at the corner, Cafe de Indias). Cross the big main street and head towards Burger King, stay at the main road
