All of the nights booked should be paid upon arrival at the hostel.
The sheets and blankets are included in the price of the room.
All cancellations should be done by e-mail. It is not possible to do it by phone.
Our reception hours are from 8am to 2pm during the morning and then from 4pm to 8pm in the evening (from Monday to Saturday). Outside of these hours, we will try and attend you as quickly as possible.
Reservations for hen/stag nights are not accepted.
N.B. If you do not have a valid ID or Passport, you will not be able to stay in our property. In this case you will not be refunded any money that has previously been paid to the hostel.
When you arrive at the hostel, you should sign a check in book with your details and sign it accordingly.This is compulsory.
Directions
Located at Antequeruela neighborhood just at 6 minutes from the bus station and 15 from the train station.
By bus:
Madrid-Toledo (from Plaza Elliptical Line 6).
Frequency every 30 minutes from 6:00 am until 24:00.
Duration, 50 min (direct) or 1.30 pm (service by small towns).
From the bus station:
Walk towards the old town (up on the hill) from the bus station. At the roundabout with a fountain turn right. Follow the road up the hill to the next roundabout. Turn left here and go through the city gate. There is a small cafe as soon as you go through the gate on your left, go down the steps next to the cafe and along street del Potro for about 50 metres. The hostel is on the second small avenue to the left (i.e right next to the inside of the city wall). This walk takes about 10 minutes.
By train:
Madrid - Toledo (Atocha Station Ave.)
Often, an average of 10 trips daily.
From the train station:
'Walk towards the old city across the river. At the first roundabout (with a fountain) go straight ahead up the hill. At the top of the hill, at the second roundabout, turn left and enter the old town by the old gate. There is a small cafe as soon as you go through the gate on your left, go down the steps next to the cafe and along street del Potro for about 50 metres. The hostel is on the second small avenue to the left (i.e right next to the inside of the city wall)'. This walk takes about 15-20minutes ?
