Take a dive in our pleasant pool; relax in the furnished garden or your clean and nice room after a long day full of sightseeing. You\'ll have no need to worry about your meals, as Villa Grazia is situated only 800 meters to Alghero town, close to a wide array of restaurants, bars, shops...
Our ingredients: 800 meters from Alghero town; 1500 meters from the beach; 10x5 mts private pool; private parking with electric gate; WiFi (free of charge); pool deck and huge garden furnished with sun beds, tables, chairs, hammock; common barbecue; spacious veranda; living/riding room; genuine sweet and salty breakfast; independent en-suite rooms; safe deposit box; courtesy bathroom for late departures; bicycles available on site (free of charge depending on the number of nights); private transfer from Alghero Airport included (depending on the number of nights); scooter rental on site; great care and cleanliness of the rooms and common areas; laundry facility (with extra charge); beach towels are provided on request (with an extra fee of 5 euro per towel, per stay).
Two types of rooms: Classic and semi basement. Each room (14 sqm) has private bathroom with shower box and hairdryer, miniature fridge, TV, heating, fan.
Double bed can be split into two single.

Buffet breakfast from 8.30 to 10.00.
No curfew; no pets; no smoking inside the villa.
Payment: Cash or paypal only, on arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 72hours; late cancellations and no shows will be charged the amount of the first night
Minimum Stay: 2 days.

From the airport (AHO) by car follow direction Alghero; in the town, follow the signpost 'Municipio' (local Town Hall) and get Via St. Anna where there are the first signposts of Villa Grazia: drive on 900 mts
until the 2nd blue refracting signpost ,
then take the little road on the left side and drive on 200 mts until the green gate...
Villa Grazia is there.
