Excellent location, spotless, friendly people.

B&B like you want it to be - friendly, homely atmosphere but you come and go as you please. Beautiful building in the historic centre of Perugia yet very little noise in bedrooms.
We completely misjudged the trains and were hours late so we arrived quite late at night, about which owners were relaxed and friendly.
Price is a steal. Highly recommended.
