Very convenient location as it's just right beside the Tsim Tsha Tsui Mtr. Room and bathroom and basin are really small. Not much walking space left since our luggages took up most of the space. Air-con worked well, water heater worked well, TV was ok. Generally clean, but we decided not to use the blankets provided. Refrigerator is shared by all "tenants" and we did not left anything in there since so many pple can "gain access" to the fridge. Drinking water's also provided in the common area, not in individual rm. There is a lan shop a few storeys down. Will recommend to use the computers there since the space is bigger. Nothing much to be unsatisfied or complained against since we only paid so little in this city where accomodation is so expensive. Overall it's a gd place, if you can stand staying in a really small area.
